Reading the Online Schedule

The official Nimes Airport web site has an online schedule - Horaires des navettes Aéroport de Nîmes for the bus that runs between the airport and Nimes. The schedule is in French but not to worry here is a translation of the most important words:

Jour – Day

Vol – Flight

L. (Lundi) - Monday

M. (Mardi) - Tuesday

Me. (Mercredi) - Wednesday

J (Jeudi) - Thursday

V. (Vendredi) - Friday

S (Samedi) - Saturday

Di (Dimanche) - Sunday

Départ avion – Time the flight takes off.

Destination – Flight Destination

SAUF - Apart from, So “SAUF 24, 26 et 31 décembre 2008” means Apart from 24, 25 and 31 December.

Times are listed in a 24 hour clock HH:MM, so 14:10 means 2:10 pm.

The bus has a few stops in Nimes. They are listed in the “Jour” column. Feuchères (Gare) is the Nimes train station and Aéroport is the airport. The bus can also stop at hotels in Nimes but you need to ask the driver. That’s what “"Arrêt" à la demande auprès du conducteur ou au 04 66 29 27 29” means more or less. You can also call the number listed.

Tickets are sold on the bus and cost 5€ “Ticket délivré à bord : 5€”.
